Should I start to worry ?

since i joined the company, almost every month ada je managers & directors yang resign.
and latest news this morning - MD is leaving soon as well!

kalau staff yg executive level keluar masuk, itu mmg saya dah terbiasa dari zaman dua kampeni sebelum ni. tp kalau bosses keluar masuk...erm. agak seram jugak la.

heard a lot of hu-ha from the old timers here, but for me, i'm quite comfortable working in this organization so far. maybe because i've gone thru worst before.

workloads are reasonable, less pressures, good-nice and helpful boss & teammates, near home, flexible working hours, reasonably good pay, bonus and incentives *but hr kat sini sgt sadis & tragis*.

Tak sampai setahun kat sini, Ms Boss dah offer pegi APICS-CPIM training, which kalau berdasarkan pengalaman di kampeni2 lampau, susah betol nak pegi professional certified training cam ni - balik2 online/internal training yg kalau buat/baca sendiri, 1/2 jam dah khatam with disctintion. Hehe.

but of course, since the cost for CPIM training is quite high, there's a training bond which i have to sign. *now, with the latest update, saya agak musykil sama ada to proceed or not*

buku pemberian Ms. Boss during my last PMP review. 1st time ni dapat buku dari seorang boss. hehe.

boss pon jenis x kedekut points time yearly performance review. so, with the PMP results i've got during the last review, insyaAllah harapan utk kenaikan gaji agak cerah. ngehehehe.

But again, boss saya adalah seorang expatriate from Beijing. So, berapa lama sangatlah kan dia nak attach kat Malaysia ni. hmmm.

Apa2 pon, saya bersyukur at least kerja & environment sekarang adalah jauh lebih baik dari yang sebelum-sebelumnya. Alhamdulillah.

so, i think I'll just stay here sehingga keadaan betul2 merisaukan. hehe.
